A hybrid Mexican butterwort valued for its striking coloration and robust growth.

Growth: This hybrid typically reaches 4–6 inches  in diameter. 

Appearance: This hybrid takes on the P. agnata intense reddish foliage. 

Flowers: Its flowers are inherited from The Big Purple Thing, vibrant often massive purple flowers with white or yellow markings in the throat, sometimes with darker purple veining or spots. 

Dormancy: Produces a smaller, non-carnivorous succulent rosette.
Reduce watering in winter (October–April) to allow the soil to dry between waterings, matching its succulent dormant phase.
