When will my order be delivered?
Currently due to how delicate our pingdoms are we only hand deliver within a 50 miles radius, for a fee depending on distance and size of package.
We deliver our singleton pings, and all other items as our orders come in.
We make the best attempts to update our inventory. If a purchase is made for delivery, and the item is not in stock or does not meet our standards for delivery, we will email the purchaser and not ship.
Can I Return my product?
All sales are final. We cannot make additions or adjustments to orders once they are placed. We cannot combine orders once placed.
We cannot ship live plants outside of the United States. If you place an order for anything to be shipped to an international location, your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded. Please contact your financial institution for any questions about the timing of refunds, as it varies by bank.
Every plant that leaves our care is inspected to ensure good health and packaged with extreme care giving us full confidence they will arrive healthy and continue to thrive if given the proper conditions. If a plant does arrive overly stressed, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photo documentation ready and we will offer a store credit or replacement as stock allows (see exceptions below). Please note, small defects such as a detached leaf, leaf tear, or minor yellow/brown areas on leaf edges do not qualify as overly stressed.
What’s Not Covered:
Customer errors – We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for damage if plants are left at a delivery or pickup location for an extended period of time, especially when it is extremely hot or cold. Please make arrangements with your local carrier for an alternate delivery time or pickup if necessary and acquire the package in a timely manner.
Plants shipped without a heat pack during cold weather – If temperatures are below 40°F, we recommend upgrading shipping at checkout to FedEx 2Day and adding a 72-hour heat pack to help protect plants from freezing in transit. Keep in mind, we are based in NYC where temperatures frequently fall below 40°F November through March.
Product photos represent how plants look when mature or during peak growth periods. The plant(s) you receive may vary somewhat in color, shape, and size depending on their age, phase of growth cycle, and light availability. We do our best to note any significant changes on the individual product pages but please keep these variations in mind when ordering.
